    The Luverne boys’ tennis team upped its season record to 12-1 after defeating St. James Area, Redwood Valley and Vermillion, South Dakota, this week.     The Patriot track teams participated at the Pipestone Bob Nagle Relays Tuesday, May 3, where the girls’ and boys’ teams both placed fifth among seven teams. H-BC competed with Luverne, MCC, Pipestone, RTR, SWC-E and TMB in the meet.     The Hills-Beaver Creek golf teams competed in their first Red Rock Conference meets of the year Thursday when the girls traveled to Westbrook and the boys competed in Fulda.
