Eight years running, Luverne Veterans Home receives Customer Experience Award

For the eighth year in a row, the Minnesota Veterans Homes – Luverne, received the Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights in the Skilled Nursing Facility category.

Jane Gropel

Jane Gropel, age 80, of Luvene, Minnesota, died Thursday, March 26, 2026, while surrounded by her loving family. Visitation was from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 30, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Luverne. Mass of Christian burial was at 10:30 a.m.
