The Luverne Cardinals extended their postseason play when they defeated Belle Plaine 21-14 in Luverne Tuesday, Oct. 21, and Albert Lea 13-0 on the road Friday, Oct. 25, in section play.
The Patriots took down the Alden Conger-Glenville Emmons Knights 56-8 in section semifinal action Saturday, Oct. 25, in Hills.
H-BC, the No. 1 seed, dominated the No. 4 seed Knights, holding them to only 128 yards of total offense.
