    In the past week, cost estimates for damage to public infrastructure increased by $500,000. Estimates originally placed damage at $2 million just days after the June 21-22 flood event.     When floodwaters finally receded over the weekend, area farmers had a chance to assess the damages of crops under water and or washed away.
