  • Rock County is currently developing a zoning ordinance as to where retail cannabis business can be located in the county. A rural Hills businessman is proposing locating a retail cannabis business in the city of Hills, but according to the map, not many areas meet the setback requirements outlined by the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management.
