Sophomore Maddux Domagala (No. 21) leads the Cardinals out of their zone against Fairmont Thursday, Feb. 22, in Section 3A action at home. Luverne beat Fairmont 9-0 to move on to the section semifinals.
The Luverne boys’ hockey season came to a heartbreaking end Saturday, Feb. 24, in St. Peter.
The Cardinals fell to Marshall 3-2 in a physical Section 3A semifinal game.
