PUBLIC HEARING NOTICENOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Luverne City Council will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:05 P.M., Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, October 28th, 2003, in the City Council Chambers located on the second floor of City Hall, 203 East Main Street, Luverne, Minnesota, to receive citizen’s comments regarding the submission of an application to the Department of Employment and Economic Development for the Small Cities Development Grant Program. Grant dollars will be utilized for downtown revitalization and home improvements.All citizens are encouraged to attend the hearing, ask questions, and/or give comments.
