Rock County Board of Commissioners sets hearing on hemp-derived products
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED ORDINANCE
FOR HEMP DERIVED PRODUCTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Rock County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on November 22, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. in the Herreid Board meeting room located at 204 E. Brown Street, Luverne, Minnesota, for the purpose of hearing public comment to a proposed Ordinance for the sale of Hemp Derived Products.
The full text of the proposed Ordinance is on file at the Rock County Administrator’s office or can be viewed at www.co.rock.mn.us. Written comments should be submitted to the Rock County Administrator by 5:00 P.M., November 21, 2022. All persons
desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity to present testimony.
