NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO CONSIDER PLANS FOR
REDISTRICTING OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS IN ACCORDANCE 
WITH MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 375.01 TO 375.025
Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of April, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., the Rock County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Herreid Board Room, 204 East Brown Street, in the City of Luverne, for the purpose of considering preliminary plans for the redistricting of Rock County Commissioner Districts. A copy of the preliminary plans with all attachments and supporting documentation shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of the County Board during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and on the Rock County website at www.co.rock.mn.us. Any citizen intending to submit a plan for consideration in the redistricting of Rock County Commissioner Districts must do so no later than the 15th day of April 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
Notice is also given that the Rock County Board of County Commissioners will meet in the Herreid Board Room, 204 East Brown Street, in the City of Luverne, on April 19, 2022, for the purpose of redistricting Rock County Commissioner Districts.
