The Luverne girls hosted St. James Thursday, Feb. 8, beating the Saints 78-63 in the game.

The Cardinals out-shot the Saints at the 3-point line hitting 12 of 23 attempts for 36 team points.

The Luverne boys’ basketball team topped St. James 80-45 at home Thursday, Feb. 8, and beat Adrian-Ellsworth 92-53 on the road Monday, Feb. 12.

The Cardinals will travel to Worthington Thursday, Feb. 15, and to Flandreau Saturday, Feb. 17.

The H-BC girls’ basketball team fell in two games and won one this past week.

The Lady Pates lost 56-34 to West Lyon at home Thursday, Feb. 8, and beat Edgerton 50-41 at home Friday, Feb. 9, before falling to Elkton-Lake Benton 54-48 at home Monday, Feb. 12.
