Magnolia Township Board of Supervisors requested a conditional use permit to construct a shop and township hall on an acre of land in Section 14 of Magnolia Township. The 60-by-60-foot building would house the township’s maintainer and other equipment as well as a meeting room. The acre of land is located west of the city of Magnolia along County Road 4.
