NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALEDate: August 12, 2003YOU ARE NOTIIFED THAT:1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated September 1, 2000, executed by Thomas D. Serie and Roberta L. Serie, as Mortgagors to First National Bank in Montevideo, as Mortgagee, and filed for record September 1, 2000, as Document Number 148435, in the Office of the County Recorder of Rock County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land. 2. The Mortgage has not been assigned. 3. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00).4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof. 5.
