MINUTES OF THE HILLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITYJUNE 14, 2005Dana Dahlquist, President of the Hills EDA called the meeting to order at 10:05 P.M. with the following board members present: Dana Dahlquist, Jim Jellema, Linus Svoboda, Keith Elbers, and Ross Metzger. Others present: Connie Wiertzema, EDA Secretary; Joanne Goehle, EDA Treasurer; and Lexi Moore, Reporter-Hills Crescent. Motion by Jellema, seconded by Elbers to approve the minutes of May 10th. Motion carried.Motion by Elbers, seconded by Metzger to approve payment of the May expenditures. Motion carried.The Board agreed to continue to allow pets in Southern Hills Condo rentals, with the required $500 pet security deposit, separate from the $500 apartment security deposit.
