The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:08 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Gehrke, Harnack,
Rauk and Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger
and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board members,
Bosch, Fransman and Knobloch were absent.
Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve the agenda. Visitor to the meeting was Katie Baustian - SW MN CEO

Motion by Rozeboom, second by Rauk, and carried to approve Consent

Motion by Rauk, second by Harnack, and carried to approve changing First November Regular Board of Education meeting to Wednesday, November 16, 2022.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Rauk, and carried to approve
Staff Development Goals for the 2022-2023 School Year.
Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve Submission of MSHSL Foundation Form A Application Resolution.
Motion by Rauk, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve
Ceasing moving forward with participating in the Solar For School
Program with the State of MN Department of Commerce.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Harnack, and carried to approve
Donation Resolution:
$20.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Elementary Student Council 
$20.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Secondary Student Council 
$400.00 from Spring Brooke, LLC for H-BC Athletics
