Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:02 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Fransman,
Gehrke, Knobloch, and Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal
Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance.
Board members Harnack and Rauk were absent.
Chair Appointed Acting Clerk: Tim Bosch.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Bosch, and carried to approve the agenda.
Visitor to the meeting was Mavis Fodness from the Star Herald.

Motion by Bosch, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve Consent Agenda:
-Minutes—04/25/2022
-Bills and Imprest Cash
-Set time of 8:00 a.m. 3:07 p.m. for a Secondary Student Day for the 2022-2023
School Year and Elementary Student Day 8:15 a.m.-3:17 p.m.
-Accepting the resignation of Graham Sudenga Spanish Teacher/ Special
Needs Paraprofessional at the end of the 2021-2022 School Year
-Hire Samantha McGaffee as Summer Office Support for the Summer of 2022
-Accepting the Resignation of Nicole Morey as ECSE Teacher/Paraprofes-
sional Effective Summer of 2022.
INDIVIDUAL ACTION ITEMS:
Motion by Fransman, second by Bosch, and carried to approve incorporation of
sixth grade into the middle school model for the 2022-2023 school year.
