The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:02 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Media Center/via Zoom Mtg
for Guest attendees – based on MN Statute 13D.021.
Board members present were Bosch, Gehrke, Harnack, Knobloch, Rauk, and Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus was also in attendance. 
Principal Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were absent.
Motion by Bosch, second by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda. 
Proposed Addition to the agenda: 6.5
Visitor to the meeting was Mavis Fodness of the Star Herald.
PATRIOT PRIDE:
-Mazzi Moore took 3rd place in the MN History Day Finals—She is an alternate
for the National Contest.
-4 by 100 boys team set school record--Cole Baker, Tyson Bork, Dewell Rauk,
Gavin Wysong,
-District Recognition for developing young writers by the SWWC

-Assign Renee Edmundson to vacant elementary education teacher position
for the 2021-2022 School year
-Accept Jeanette VandenHoek’s resignation as teacher effective the end of 
the 2020-2021 school year
-Accept Diane VandenHoek’s resignation as teacher effective the end of the 
2020-2021 school year
-Assign Darin DeBoer to Extended School Year DAPE Teacher
-Direct Administration to purchase 11 Affinitech Boards at a cost of $25,500.29
