The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:04 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Fransman, Gehrke, Harnack, Knobloch, Rauk and Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member Bosch
was absent.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda. Visitor to the meeting was Mavis Fodness of the Rock County Star Herald.

INDIVIDUAL ACTION ITEMS:
Motion by Harnack, second by Fransman, and carried to approve 3/28/22
Board Meeting move to 8 p.m. due to Elementary Band/Vocal Music Concert.
Motion by Rauk, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Resolution
for Purchase of 2023 IC 77 Passenger Bus.
Motion by Knobloch, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve 
Preschool Program additions of M-F 1/2 Day Preschool -Pilot M-F program.
Motion by Fransman, second by Rauk, and carried to approve Preschool 
Program Fee Structure for the 2022-2023 School Year.
Motion by Harnack, second by Fransman, and carried to approve
Enrollment/Demographic Study with TeamWorks International.
Motion by Rozeboom, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve Donation
Resolution:
$100.00 from Hills Lions Club for FFA
$20.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Elementary Student Council
$20.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Secondary Student Council
