The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:02 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Board room, 301 N Summit Ave, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Fransman, Gehrke, Harnack, Knobloch, Rauk and Rozeboom. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance.
Motion by Bosch, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve the agenda.

Motion by Fransman, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Consent Agenda:
-Minutes—05/23/2022
-Bills
-Cancellation of July 25, 2022 Regular Board Meeting
-The rollover of the Class of 2022 Student Account funds in the amount of $286.68
to the School’s General Fund- Fund 01, per policy. 
-Property/Casualty/
Cyber/Vacant Building Liability Insurance agreements beginning July 1, 
2022 and covering through June 30, 2023.
Motion by Harnack, second by Rauk, and carried to approve Gym Floor Graphics and Paint Scheme for Secondary Gym Floor Renovation Project.
Motion by Knobloch, second by Bosch, and carried to approve adding Summer 
Help Custodial Position for 6 weeks over the summer 2022 and assigning Emily 
Opheim to this position.
Motion by Fransman, second by Harnack, and carried to approve 
Secondary Principal Contract for the 22-23 and 23-24 School Years.
Motion by Rauk, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Business 
Manager Contract for the 22-23 and 23-24 School Years.
Motion by Bosch, second by Fransman, and carried to approve purchase of Wheelchair accessible vehicle.
Motion by Harnack, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve Secondary Building/Grounds/Transportation Director Contract for the 22-23 and 23-24 School Years.
Motion by Fransman, second by Bosch, and carried to approve Contract with School Perceptions to manage district community survey as a part of the facility study.
Motion by Rozeboom, secondary by Bosch, and carried to approve
Donation Resolution:
$70.00 from Cooperative Farmers Elevator for FFA
$20.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Secondary Student Council
$30.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund for Elementary Student Council $4,316.34 from Junior Parents After Prom Committee for Class of 2023 $526.05 from Family Lunch Accounts to Student Donation Lunch Account
