The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the H-BC Secondary School Board room, 301 N Summit Ave,
Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Fransman, Gehrke,
Harnack, Knobloch, and Rauk. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal Kellenberger
and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance. Board member
Rozeboom was absent.
Additions to Agenda: 7.4
Motion by Bosch, second by Knobloch, and carried to approve the agenda.
Visitors to the meeting were teachers, Megan Klumper and Amy Comp.

-Set out of state tuition at $6,191 for the 22-23 school year.
-Accepting Erika Bierman’s resignation as K-12 Vocal Music Teacher effective
the end of the 2021-2022 School Year
INDIVIDUAL ACTION ITEMS:
•Motion by Bosch, second by Harnack, and carried to approve Donation
Resolution:
-$17,195.45 from Frank Boon Trust for 2nd Grade Flexible Seating Pilot
Project
-$5,000.00 from Midwest Railcar & Repair for 2nd Grade Flexible Seating Pilot
Project
-$250.00 from Kevin and Robin Baum for 2nd Grade Flexible Seating Pilot Project
-$4,000.00 from Frank Boon Trust for Electronic Piano at the Secondary School
-$160.00 from Luverne Area Community Foundation for Flu Shot Clinic
•Motion by Knobloch, second by Bosch, and carried to approve staying with the 
SWWC Cooperative Insurance Pool moving to the Health and Hospitalization
provider of Medica.
