I read the Star Herald this week thinking businesses in Luverne would be praised for passing the Alcohol Sting, but I guess that does not get published. It only gets three weeks of front page if you fail. I think equal press should be given this year as to last. But, we can publish we had four DWI’s, which was great, but nothing of the four bars and bowling alley passing the Sting.
