I’m sure the Janklow family feels bad, but consider the family and friends of Randy Scott, who seems to be forgotten in all the fuss over Rep. Bill Janklow, R-S.D.He was my best friend. Nothing will ever replace the time or cloud the memories of a man who liked everyone, passed judgment on no one, and would help anyone anytime.
