We students at the Luverne Alternative School would like to show our support for our administrator, Jan Olson. We understand that the Luverne School Board faces some difficult decisions. We believe, however, that Jan Olson is the right person for the position. She is very knowledgeable about alternative education. Although she is strict, she is fair. Most of us students had her as a sixth grade teacher. We think because she is a teacher we all know, she cares about us.
