Notice is hereby given that the Rock County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 25, at 7:20 p.m., at the Rock County Law Enforcement Center located at 1000 North Blue Mound Avenue, Luverne, Minnesota, at 8:00 p.m. to act on the following application:
A request for a variance to allow the construction of a shop with a living quarters, less than the 30 feet from the rear yard property line
