Kniss Ave. (Fledgling Field) on Lots 2 and 3, Block 19, Warren & Kniss Addition to the City of Luverne. The property is located in the Downtown "D" Zoning District which requires a conditional use permit for all new construction.All persons wishing to be heard in favor of or in opposition to the conditional use request should be present at the hearing or present written comments prior thereto to the Building Official.
