City of Luverne sets public hearing for child care center 
 
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Luverne, Minnesota, will hold a Public Hearing at a regular meeting of the City Council beginning at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, to be held at Luverne City Offices Council Chambers, 305 E. Luverne St, in Luverne, Minnesota. This will be an informational meeting to discuss the Child Care Center Project located at 1 Roundwind Road in Luverne, Minnesota, including economic and environmental impacts, service area, alternatives to the project, and potential funding sources, including USDA Rural Development. All residents and property owners within the area are encouraged to attend.
All interested persons may appear at the hearing and present their views orally or in writing prior to the hearing.   Anyone needing reasonable accommodations or an interpreter should contact the City Clerk, 305 E. Luverne St., Luverne, Minnesota (507-449-2525).
