ARTICLE I: DefinitionsProvides definitions for various words used in the ordinance.ARTICLE II: Control by the City Provides that the City controls and oversees the public sewer system. ARTICLE III: Use of Public Sewers RequiredMandates that all properties within 300 feet of a sewer connect to the system within 60 days.ARTICLE IV: Private Wastewater DisposalProvides rules for sewer system for locations not served by the current system and provides requirements for service when/if the system is extended to the area.ARTICLE V: Building Sewers and Connections DesignProvides permit requirements and rules for hooking up to the system. ARTICLE VI: Use of Public Wastewater Treatment FacilitiesProvides requirements for use of the system and discharges into it.ARTICLE VII: Provides that no one is to damage public facilities and indicates penalties therefore.
