The existing feedlot consists of a 125’ x 165’ open lot with runoff controls housing 300 head of feeder cattle, a 140’ x 135’ open lot with runoff controls housing 300 head of feeder cattle, a 100’ x 240’ confinement building to house 600 head of finishing cattle, and a 28’ x 76’ confinement building with a 10’ x 80’ x 8’ poured concrete pit to house 500 head of nursery pigs. The expansion shall consist of a 100’ x 480’ total confinement cattle facility to house 1200 head of fat cattle. The described property is zoned as A-2, General Agriculture.
