April 16, 2025LeRoy “Roy” Adam Bieber peacefully met his Lord and Savior on March 17, 2025, in Vacaville, California, at the age of 90. A celebration of life will be from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, April 19, at the Crescent City Elks Lodge at 359 H Street. Roy was born on June 26, 1934, in Lakefield, Minnesota, to Henry and Ida Bieber.
