NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Beaver Creek, Rock County, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13 at 7:00 p.m. to consider a tax abatement request from Shannon and Melanie Tatge pursuant to Minnesota Statute
469.1813. The request is to abate 100% of the City’s portion of real estate taxes related to the building improvements on the subject property for a period of 5 years. The subject property is located at 609 E 2nd Ave, Beaver Creek, MN and is legally described as:
Legal Description: Parcel No. 13-0135-000 Spring brook Addition
The public hearing will be held in the Beaver Creek City Council Chambers, 311 E. First Ave., Beaver Creek, Minnesota. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
