Notice of change in control of bank holding company

Colleen Short Lucke, Edina, MN; Elizabeth Short, University Heights, OH; and Kevin Short, Hudson, WI; each individually and as trustees of one or more Short family trusts, intend to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to retain 25 percent or more of the shares and thereby control of 215 Holding Co., Minneapolis, MN (“Company”). Additionally, the Robert M. Short Revocable Trust (trustees Brian Short, St. Paul, MN; Marianne Short, St. Paul, MN; and Colleen Short Lucke) intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to join the Short family shareholder group by retaining shares of Company. Company controls Liberty Financial Services, Inc. and Liberty National Bank, both of Sioux City, IA; First Farmers & Merchants National Bank, Luverne, MN; First Farmers & Merchants National Bank, Fairmont, MN; First Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Brownsdale, MN; First Farmers & Merchants State Bank of Grand Meadow, Grand Meadow, MN; and First Farmers & Merchants Bank, Cannon Falls, MN. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice

You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, Attention: Applications Officer, Division of Supervision, Regulation and Credit, P.O. Box 291, Minneapolis, MN 55480-0291. Comments can also be sent electronically to MA@mpls.frb.org. The comment period will not end before July 26, 2024, and may be somewhat longer. The Board's procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262.25.
