Monday, Sept. 22, 2025
The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Gehrke, Harnack, Helgeson,
Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus was also in
attendance. Principal Kellenberger, Business Manager Rozeboom and Board
member Bosch were absent.
Motion by Helgeson, seconded by Rozeboom, and carried to approve the agenda.
No Visitors.

•Assigning Amy Comp as the Theatre director beginning with the 2025-2026
school year
•Hiring Claire Knobloch as Patriot Pals Childcare Aide for the 2025-2026
Service Year
•Setting Pay 2025 Truth in Taxation and Budget Hearing for 7 p.m. on Monday,
December 8, 2025.
Motion by Harnack, seconded by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve setting 2025 pay 2026 School District Levy at the Maximum Amount allowed.
Motion by Rauk, seconded by Rozeboom, and carried to approve changing the Regular Board of Education Meeting from Monday, October 13, 2025, to Tuesday,
October 14, 2025.
