The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. - Meeting began with a tour of the NEW H-BC Elementary School in Beaver Creek then tour the Hugo Gymnasium at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Gehrke, Harnack,
Helgeson, Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal
Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance.
Motion by Bosch, seconded by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda.
Addition: 8.3.

Motion by Bosch, seconded by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve Master
Agreement with the Hills-Beaver Creek Education Association (Teachers) and the
Hills-Beaver Creek ISD #671 for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 School years.
Motion by Helgeson, seconded by Harnack, and carried to approve Donation
Resolution:
•$101.77 from Zoetis (Rock Veterinary Clinic) for FFA Student Account
•$30.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund to Elementary Student Council
•$30.00 from Blackbaud Giving Fund to Secondary Student Council
8.3 - Directing the Superintendent to pursue writing a grant for the Minnesota Air Ventilation Pilot Grant Program. Tabled.
