The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 8:00 p.m. - at the Conference Room at the Hills-Beaver Creek Elementary School Office, 510 Patriot Lane, Beaver Creek, MN 56116.
Board members and administration present were Bosch, Gehrke, Harnack,
Helgeson, Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus, Business
Manager Rozeboom and Principal Kellenberger were also in attendance.
Motion by Bosch, seconded by Harnack, and carried to approve the agenda.

•Resignation from Samantha McGaffee as 1/2 Concessions Manager at the
end of the 2025-2026 school year.
•Resignation of Stephanie Bass as 1/2 Concessions Manager at the end of
the 2025-2026 school year.
•2026 Spring Activity Coaches:
-Track: Rex Metzger- Head Boys/Girls Coach, Dalton Bass- Assistant Boys/Girls Coach, Darin DeBoer and Kaylan Untiedt - Jr. High

Motion by Bosch, seconded by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve Moving Regular Board of Education meeting to Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Motion by Helgeson, seconded by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve Donation Resolution:
-$500.00 from New Vision Coop to FFA
