Monday, April 13, 2026
The Hills-Beaver Creek School Board met for its semi-monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. - at the Secondary School District Board Room, 301 N Summit Avenue, Hills, MN.
Board members and Administration present were Bosch, Gehrke, Harnack,
Helgeson, Rauk, Rozeboom and Uittenbogaard. Superintendent Holthaus, Principal
Kellenberger and Business Manager Rozeboom were also in attendance.
Motion by Bosch, seconded by Uittenbogaard, and carried to approve the agenda.
Visitor to the meeting was Lori Sorenson with the Rock County Star Herald.

Motion by Harnack, second by Rozeboom, and carried to approve consent agenda:

Motion by Helgeson, second by Harnack, and carried to approve
Health/Hospitalization and Dental provider of Medica (SWWC Coop and current
provider) for fiscal year 2027.
Motion by Uittenbogaard, seconded by Rauk, and carried to approve purchase of low quote for 40 foot Candle Football Field Light Equipment from Musco Lighting based upon recommendation from Sports Lighting Authority.

COUNTEROFFERS FOR THE PURCHASE OR SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 13D.05, SUBDIVISION 3(c)(3).
RECONVENE FROM CLOSED SESSION
Authorize Superintendent to counter offer and negotiate with the potential purchaser.
Motion by Helgeson, seconded by Harnack, and carried to approve adjournment of the meeting.
