NOTICE OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hills will hold a Special City Council meeting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.04, subdivsion 2, on Thursday, November 5, 2026, commencing at 4:00 p.m., at the Hills City Hall, 301 South Main Avenue, Hills, Minnesota for the following purposes:
1. CLOSED SESSION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to conduct a closed session pursuant to the attorney-client privilege to engage in confidential attorney-client communications and litigation strategy relating to a data practice lawsuit.
