Elsie Mulligan, age 91, of Luverne, Minnesota, died in the morning hours on Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Parkview Manor in Ellsworth, Minnesota.
A Celebration of Life will be on Friday, June 6, 2025, from 3-5 p.m. at Hartquist Funeral Home in Luverne. Interment will follow at St. Catherine’s Cemetery in Luverne.
