MINUTES OF THE HILLS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITYJUNE 10, 2003Dana Dahlquist, President of the Hills EDA called the meeting to order at 6:45 P.M. Board present: Dana Dahlquist, Jim Jellema, Keith Elbers, Arlen Leenderts and Linus Svoboda. Employees present: Connie Wiertzema, EDA Secretary and Joanne Goehle, EDA Treasurer. Guest present: Jolene Farley-Hills Crescent. Motion by Jellema, seconded by Elbers to approve of the May 13th and 21st minutes. Motion carried. Motion by Jellema, seconded by Svoboda to approve payment of the May expenditures.Motion carried.The Board discussed items for the covenants and housing plan agreement for Park View Fourth Addition. The written drafts will be reviewed and approved at the July 8th meeting. Motion by Jellema, seconded by Svoboda to price Lots 1 and 2, in Block 1 of Park View Third Addition, at $11,700 per lot. Elbers abstained. Motion carried. The Board discussed an inquiry of whether older manufactured homes could be built on Lots 1 or 2, Block 1 of Park View Third Addition. The Board agreed that only new manufactured homes are allowed in the Addition.
