The Jubilee Foods store is only 2 1/2 years old, but Glen Gust is remodeling the deli to add a bakery. Jubilee Foods prepared its baked goods off site. Gust is also bringing in his own checkout counters, which don't require customers to unload their own ca rts. Story inside.
