    Sanford Luverne started offering outpatient infusion treatments this week for higher-risk patients who qualify, according to hospital director Tammy Loosbrock.     Emergency responders helped a Beaver Creek man to safety on Dec. 1 when a fire destroyed his porch and sent smoke billowing into his home.     Several area youth completed an extra six weeks of basic riding lessons at Rock Ranch near Hills, thanks to the new indoor arena that was finished in October.
