Nobles County Community Services are hiring an Administrative Assistant to the Community Services Director.
This position provides administrative, clerical, and office support services to the Community Services Director. Assists with duties related to the administration of the Community Service Department including ensuring contracting, grant writing and reporting are completed on time; regularly running and reviewing agency progress and budget reports; proving office support services and back-up services to the various units of agency as time and skills allow.
QUALIFICATIONS: vocational/technical diploma, or Associates degree in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in office administration, general office work, and/or secretarial work. Previous experience working with the Minnesota Social Service Information System and /or experience working in a private or public health or social service agency preferred.
