    Three charter members of the Hardwick American Legion Post 478 will lead the Hardwick Jubilee Days parade on Saturday.     Four additional pickleball courts were added to the area recently with two new courts constructed in Hills, one painted on the basketball court at the elementary school in Beaver Creek and an additional court painted on the former basketball court in Hardwick.     The Hardwick City Council hosted a public hearing Tuesday, June 11, about a $4.6 million project to replace the city’s aging water system. As part of the USDA Rural Development grant application process, the city is required to conduct a meeting to inform residents about the potential project.     Construction of a yet to be named street in the city of Hardwick began Friday. The street will provide vehicle access to the city’s newest 9-acre addition.
