The Luverne Senior Legion baseball team opened its 2026 season with two wins and one loss in the past week.

Luverne came out on top of Colton, S.D., 11-0 on Tuesday, June 9, lost to Springfield 5-1 Saturday, June 13, and defeated Colton again 11-7 Monday night, June 15.
