He was born on November 25, 1968, in Pipestone, Minnesota, and was raised in Edgerton, Minnesota. He graduated from Southwest Christian High School in 1987.
Parents are Chuck Top, Edgerton, Minnesota, and Mary Niessink, Luverne, Minnesota. Chuck’s sisters are Deb Top of Munster, Indiana, Lisa Nykamp (Ver) of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and Amy Otten (Tom) of Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.
Funeral service will be from 1-4 p.m. with a prayer service at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, at Bethel Christian Reformed Church in Edgerton, Minnesota.
