American political reenactor Joe Weigand will be in Rock County next week to portray President Theodore “Teddy” Roosevelt as part of the community’s America 250 celebration. 

Residents and staff at the Mary Jane Brown-Good Samaritan Center, Luverne, were treated to a visit by Haley Holland and live creatures with the Zoomobile of Sioux Falls. Some of the live creatures included a hedgehog and a snake, which they had the opportunity to see up close and touch.
