A 10-foot-wide concrete sidewalk goes through Hawkinson Park between Cottage Grove Avenue and the Loop Trail.
Hawkinson Park on Luverne’s west side is now connected to the Loop trail, thanks to a $50,000 grant from the Blandin Foundation.
