Minnesota D.A.R.E. Inc. named Beaver Creek student Samantha Moser in the Top 10 of the 2015 Poster Contest. This year’s theme was “D.A.R.E. to Be Amazing!” The contest was open for fifth- and sixth-grade D.A.R.E. students statewide. Minnesota D.A.R.E.
