    The Lions Club donated $450 to cover the tuition to send Nick Lenz, who has Type 1 diabetes, to Camp Gilbert this summer near Waubay, South Dakota. The weeklong program in June, located at Camp Nesodak, is for children ages 8 to 18 living with Type 1 diabetes.

    Retired Luverne businessman Dick Herman hasn’t missed a meeting over the 50 years he has been a Lions Club International member.
