Notice of Public Hearing for Conditional Use Permit
Pursuant to the Rock County Zoning Ordinance, notice is hereby given by the Rock County Planning and Zoning Commission that a public hearing will be held at the Rock County Land Management Office located at 105 South Estey Street, Luverne, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 27, 2026. The purpose of this hearing is to rule on the application for Conditional Use Permit for the following:
Applicant Tillman Infrastructure, LLC
Property Owner: Terry & Glenda Sandstede
Conditional Use: The placement and operation of a telecommunications
tower
Location: A 62-acre tract located in the NE ¼ lying east of the
Burlington Northern Railroad ROW in Section 33 of Martin
Township, T101N, R46W, Rock County, Minnesota
Zoning District: A-2, General Agriculture
All interested parties are invited to attend. Written comments should be submitted to the Rock County Land Management office by 4:00 pm on Monday, July 27, 2026. All persons desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity to present testimony.
