Local emergency personnel responded to a one-vehicle crash on County Road 4 Monday morning 1 1/2 miles west of Luverne. According to the report from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year-old Bradley Sowles, Luverne, suffered non-life threatening injuries when he lost control of his 2006 Chevy Impala at 9:50 a.m. The report states that he was traveling west on County Road 4 when he may have had a medical issue that caused him to drive into the eastbound ditch where he then crashed into a parked railcar on the railroad tracks. Also responding at the scene were the Rock County Ambulance, Luverne Fire Department and Minnesota State Patrol.
