Monday’s dusting of snow didn’t amount to significant accumulation, but if you piled it together and scooped it into a kid-sized wheelbarrow, it looked like a pretty big deal. According to Delores Strassburg, the National Weather Service contact in Luverne, a half inch was on the ground by Tuesday morning.
